Tatcha | Violet-C Radiance Mask

I'm always looking to try new masks especially the ones that promise to make my face glow so when I heard that one of my favorite brands has a brightening mask with Vitamin C, I was intrigued! I was finally able to get my hands on a jar a few weeks ago and today I'm here to share my thoughts.

Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask is a rinse-off vitamin C mask that promises to unveil softer, smoother skin. It's ideal for all skin types and for those whose skin concerns consist of dullness, uneven texture, fine lines, and wrinkles.

Violet-C Radiance Mask comes housed in a beautiful ombre jar with a screw-on lid. A big plus is that it comes with its own golden spoon that can be used to scoop the product out of the jar as well as to apply it to the face. The mask itself is purple in color, has a super creamy consistency, and has a faint floral scent. It's super easy to use, just apply an even layer to clean skin, leave on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

I've used and still use several products from Tatcha's skincare line because, although they're a bit pricy, they work so I was really excited about giving the Violet-C Radiance Mask a try! Sadly, even after using it twice a week for a couple of weeks, I was left underwhelmed. Though the ingredients are very impressive and wearing it did feel quite refreshing, I did not feel like my skin was any more hydrated or glowy than it was prior to each application. I will continue to use this mask until the jar is empty because it felt incredibly lovely on and also because I spent a lot of money on it, however, I will most likely not be repurchasing it.
