URBAN DECAY | Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette

Urban Decay has recently released a new collection, Naked Honey Collection, which includes an eyeshadow palette, lip plumper, and a drop vault. As a big fan of Urban Decay's eyeshadow palettes, I couldn't resist giving the Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette a try and today I'm here to share my initial thoughts on this little beauty.

Flyby / Sweet / Swarm / Amber / Keeper / Golden / Honey / Queen / Hive / Drip / HBIC / Sting

Naked Honey Eyeshadow Palette is housed in a golden plastic compact. Inside the compact, you'll find a full-length mirror on one side and 12 honey-hued eyeshadows in four different finishes as well as a double-ended brush on the other - matte (Sweet, Swarm, Keeper, Hive, Drip, Sting), metallic (Honey), shimmer (Amber, Golden, Queen, HBIC) and satin (Flyby).

Each shade featured in this palette performed well above my expectations. The metallic and shimmer shades all have that buttery soft texture that I'm used to making them both easy to apply and to work with. As for the mattes, although they felt a bit chalky and had some fallout, they were still pretty easy to work with. Pigmentation wise, the shades all had an excellent color pay off and great wear time (eight-plus hours with no fading or creasing with or without primer). I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality of this palette and super happy that I decided to treat myself to this little beauty!
